Really, I like aiming with the Wiiremote, mainly because you actually aim and it requires actual reflexes TO aim. Plus, with shooters like CoD it makes the game more realistic.

I had the chance to download it free, due to my ambassador's program, but I watch, "Somecallmejohnny" and his review towards the game isn't so pretty. But even without watching his review, I don't think this is the game for me, the loss of color, and music is just, bleh. I tried Metroid and wow, I got the remake instead. The reasons? NO MAP = NO MERCY

The atmoshere, music, feel everything in that game is a true experience to play. Even Other M tried very hard to bring that feel back, but still cud'nt reach the same feel as that game. Metroid2 gameboy, so hand-held never do that particular chapter in the whole saga justice, whic is y I ask for a true remake.

Beat prime in 8.1/2 hours, prime 2 in 13.1/2 hours and prime three in 9.1/4 hours. Enjoyed the whole ride. So happy I got the trilogy set

This is the sort of game the Wii U will need. 1st person action adventure, with clever puzzles and big open worlds with diverse and interesting environments to explore.

I play predominately on pc, and i have no reason to get a wii u for cross platform games. I hope they come out with some great 1st party titles and that 3rd parties create some awesome exclusives.

A lot of developers have given up on actual 'gameplay' in favour of dull, linear scripted events, hopefully this changes.

"MULTIPLAYER" ??? bullshit. Stupid freaks, if you have ever played Metroid or if you know at least the minimal thing about this game, you would know why the fuck this game doesnt fit in a multi-player mode. Ignore Metroid Prime Echoes multiplayer, and ignore Metroid Hunters online multiplayer... that was just attempts... but they know is hard to make a decent one in the Metroid world.

They last forever. Easily 120-150 hours gaming if you get the trilogy box set. Some of the deepest games I've ever played. Prime trumped everything else on the Cube in my opinion. Echoes I found a little difficult but the story is one of the best I've ever come across. I love both dearly and will be picking up number 3, despite my reservations about the lack of a classic controller option. Buy them and love them snowydro1!!

I haven't played yet Metroid Prime 3 Corruption but only Prime and Prime 2 and i can say that Echoes is far better than the first with better graphics, superior sounds, greater boss fight and many other thing. I finished Echoes within 45 hours while Prime ended in about 22 hours. I don't understand why many people and reviewers say than Echoes is the worst! The truth is that Echoes is more difficult and that is what we, core gamers, are searching for! Echoes for ever!

This game has awesome controls and great overall gameplay, but I think Prime 1 is a tiny bit more fun. Prime 1 felt more like Super Metroid in 3D. Still, Metroid is a very solid series, with only 1 (or 2 depending on who you ask) bad game. Not every series has that kind of consistent quality!

I liked prime 1 alot but this one was definitely my favorite. Echoes was... ok... it just really frustrated me... it was CRAZYYYYY hard... I got to the last temple and just quit. Echoes wasnt a bad game at all (although the idea of light and dark ammo made me mad) just very... very... hard... I might pick it up one of these days again and replay. The thing I enjoy most about echoes is multiplayer. that was fun
