Only comedians of today really get recognised and watched, it is just what comedy has evolved into, and I cannot watch comedy these days, because it is all stand up, and I do understand it, I just don't see the comedy in most of it. Nothing can make me laugh as much as shows like this, Laurel and Hardy and others from the past. The present needs more comedy like this.

Strange enough that Ben Elton was the guy who co produced Black Adder and The Young Ones. So they are all interlinked in a way.
