OMG, Finally! Someone managed to explain how the session view and arrangement view works together. I've been using Live for years but do EVERYTHING in "arrangement" because I couldn't sort out why I'd want everything in session view playing at once, and I didn't understand how other people customized their "sessions" so that their mixes had intros and variation. Every now and then I'd go online and try to learn about session view and nothing explained it properly til now. Thank you!

This seriously makes me consider buying Ableton. How user friendly is it? I currently work with Reason and Maschine. Is it a steep learning curve?

@HiDefMusicBelgium It is user friendly after you watch the tutorials built in it, it took me a while to learn, but man my work flow has gotten so much better with it
