Here's a thought. Let all those who feel guilty for polluting surrender their income to the UN. And let them leave the rest of us alone. Tell me, how is said climate debt determined? How do you prevent the recipients from using the money to build up their militaries, industry, and lavishing it on their leaders like these third world gov't often do with foreign aid?
