Still you don't seem to understand that when the authorities come to your house with guns drawn there's nothing you can do about it. You can say no all you want, they'll end up knocking down your door. It's happened to me. So don't think for a second claiming you have rights is going to stop them.

These corporate policy enforcers are not above the law, and when they overstep their boundaries, there's plenty that can be done to check them. My question about Dr. Dahl's situation is, if according to C-36, they don't need a warrant, then why did they lie and say they had one? C-36 is a tyrranical bill, and should be disobeyed.

@worryphree absolutely agreed. They lied probably because at the time bill C-36 had not passed. They were probably banking on it passing, cause the pharmaceutical lobbyists have got some big pull. It is clear that Dr. Dahl had his rights trampled on. I've been looking into this case and so far it doesn't look like he's having any luck with compensation. I've personally been fighting for compensation on a unlawful search done on my home 2 years ago. I go to court in 3 months. 2yrs later
