raw power right here. you might be the only guy who cleans and presses in a "24 hour fitness". don't listen to these people. everyone behind a keyboard can bench 500 and have perfect form when lifting heavy ;]. great work! 5 stars
im sure if he got up to 335 without fucking his back up yet then hes good to go on the form. the bar travelled a straight path the hole time and he caught it so thats all that matters
Im 14 and I have interest in bodybuilding. and I thought I had a big ego when I 1st began as an ameuture. Bad form you could end up with a twisted arm the way you picked that up
Nice, If you were lifting with perfect technique (perfect form is for olympic lifters not shit kickers!) you'd need bumper plates and a platform (Or you'd crack the floor or shake the building) The lift was great!!
I like how he has to full front squat weigh that he presses with.
