I'd advise using digholes for the tunnels, so you can pass through without the hill in the way.

I made the tunnel as a scenery object, I prefer having a black bit inside the tunnel because then the train appears to disappear into the darkness.

When he was painted blue in the books. I couldn't tell who was Henry or Gordon. They both almost look alike. (With Henry blue of course)
