Right, we all know graffiti IS a crime, but every documentary I see the price they claim it costs gets more and more rediculous. I understand graffiti on the trains must be annoying to them, but what harm is done from tagging the tunnels? no one sees it.
I used to write back in the day with the best crew from my city, never did trains though. I'm well educated and literate, and know right from wrong but its an addiction and you want more and more. Be safe writers.
