hey man, ive been working out for 4months lost 40lbs, 3day split 1day rest between workouts, im hitting a plateau lately so i thought id change my routine and came up with this, basically 3training days in a row and 1day rest. monday-legs n shoulders, tuesday-back n biceps, wednesday-shoulders n triceps, one day rest and repeat, legs-back-chest, this way im getting 72hours rest for each body part except shoulders. Is this gonna cause overtraining?
yes my workouts are alot better ive seen a 25% increase since i started using napalm but i work at an office so after my workouts im really ancy jitery btw i am 26-5"11 i weigh 190 3 months ago 238
@Pain5155 Hey man, I don't think the IFPA is shit at all. They are pretty well respected. But I may go with the INBA. And compete in their Olympia and Universe shows. What do you think of the INBA?

sadly i have ac shoulder issues since following you last year buddy. 7 months of physio and still no good. i cant bench press or shoulder press. but making the most of what i can do like very strict flys and cable workouts to get a pump. i have also created my own 300 workout to suit my injury. just to keep my cardio and body fat in check. please if poss post a vid on how to train around a shoulder injury because 8 months baby and this aint going. i wake up in the morning in so much pain :-(
