First of all, the obvious hypocrisy that he IS a white male. Secondly, it is not a justice's job to understand anyone's plight or success. The laws are THERE to protect both the disadvantaged AND the successful. They are there to make sure they are accorded indiscriminately. Not MORE so to poor minorities. Dumb piece of garbage.
