well, mainly because it was made on such egotistic premises on miranda july's part. I think that it basically is a long masturbation on what what she thinks is unique and peculiar about herself. the whole diegesis is set in some overtly cute bullshit world with cute semi-depressed and confused people who all somehow feel detatched from the reality they cannot relate to. All those factors are things that make my blood boil. I personally cannot stand it and therefore I hate this film. that's why.
