  • hey great vid heres a tip if you live in high humidty states like texas add 1 1/2 teaspoons of linseed oil and salt to prevent molding not sure on the salt ratio but i always say more is better lol

  • Yeah I think you would be able to do that for sure. It dries solid. Give it a few days to dry. Post a picture or video in the comments. I would love to see it. Thanks for watching

  • would it hold all the lines and details of her hands when it dries i guess it what im asking lol

  • @rottweiler5150 It dries how you sculpt it. We have been using it to make zombie flesh lately.

  • would the mixture work well for my daughters handprint ornament?

  • I enjoyed learning how to do this modeling clay.l I w

as interesting. I think I will make flowers or maybe small animals or people and paint them for my grandkids to play with.

  • this also could be a nice tutorial of how to make ice cream! named : IC3 SCREAM

  • can i cut the paper with mixer?

  • @DJGodmanDJ Not sure. Give it a try.

  • whats the name of the song

  • How can you make less watery. Enough so that i can roll is out with a rolling pin and it wont stick.

  • @paintballKid545 add flour while your rolling it out, make sure to add flour to your rolling pin too, what are you making?

  • cant i use plaster instead of flour ?

  • @mrtoretos I'm sure you can try it, you would probably have a shorting working time with it though, if you try it let us know if it works!

  • And tonight, your mom will say : Hey,where is toilet paper?

    You : It's for dinner,wait a moment!

Mom : I can't eat it by the ass!!

    You : M'kay

  • 1:55 looks like hamster bedding

  • cooooooooollllll

  • is this clay stuff water proof? if so this is freaking AWSOME!

  • @hauntedhouse1408 If you use exterior paint this will make it waterproof, It does dry very hard and strong but I don't think it would stand up to rainfalls unpainted.

  • @HauntItYourself sweet thanks! cause EVERYTHING i try just getts all mushy in the rain

  • I just want to thank you so much for this video by far the best one I have seen so far, I plan on using this recipe for a long time it served its purpose more than perfectly :)

  • @doshalk1415 Thank you!! The sculpting clay can be used for anything! it is fun and easy to do some project especially for Halloween!

  • Does it paint well? Thanks for the tutorial.

    Austin

  • @AuzzyDeeProductions It's an excellent painting surface. Glad you enjoyed the tutorial. You suohld post a video resopnse of your current project or what your thinking of making.

  • Hey I was wondering, How strong is the stuff when it dries?

  • @doshalk1415 I dries solid. Very hard to crack

  • the clown is funny

  • @LittleShredder1 Funny? He's suppose to be scary lol

  • very useful, but I was told to be careful about dangers concrete burning skin - is that the same stuff as drywall?

  • @PlasticineLady No drywall doesn't burn your skin. I agree concrete can give you a bad burn

  • @PlasticineLady I have never had any problems with drywall compound burning the skin. Sometimes it can dry out your hands because when the drywall compound dries it dries your skin out too. With anything you should always test it to see what your reactions are to any product.

  • This was too creepy so im going to howcast. Thumbs up if your going to do it too

  • @TheChineseGirl1 Thank you! We make haunt props for our haunted house we run in October for the the Halloween season in Toronto called the powerhouse of terror. If it wasn't creepy I would be insulted lol

  • Ur a great artist

  • @rct3guy7891 Thank you! We have a lot more videos that show all the creations we make for our haunted house, on our haunt ventures series here on this channel. We have other videos on styrofoam masonry, painting techniques, detailing props, make-up tutorials, and lot of other vlogs on affordable and cheap ways to make creepy halloween sets and monsters.

  • this video is creepy

  • Can you use this under oven bake clay?

  • @KissMyChristin I'm not sure. Let me know if it works

  • I sculpted a stove!! It works too

  • @JRTHESUPERSAIYAN Are you serious. lol

  • @JRTHESUPERSAIYAN can it be done without toilet paper?

  • @magoderockadan What would you use instead on the toilet paper? I haven't tried it, but if you do it let us know if it works. My only concern would be that the drywall compound for crack.

  • Comment removed

  • @fgh397e in the video he said it doesnt matter

  • can you bake it

  • @MissCorinnaXX It would probably make horrible muffins that's for sure.

  • @HauntItYourself no i ment can you cook it so it goes hard

  • Good clay but your stuff that u make is creepy but really good I can tell u r artistic

  • thanks for the quick answer I'm still gonna make some of this clay and play around with it though. LOL.

  • I want to make some fake rocks for my aquarium do you think it would be safe?

  • @TheLeftylegend14 I don't think so, it is not waterproof and the glue and drywall compound maybe toxic to your fish

  • @HauntItYourself Could you maybe seal it with something more aquarium safe, I wonder.

  • @CrunchieDan Look into aquarium safe sealants and make do a bit of experimentation from there.

  • Thanks for the info. One question, wouldn't an old blender work better and faster breaking up the toilet paper? Great work :)

  • @brothelho We'll i'm not so sure because you'll find that it can be lumpy and you'll need to have access to the spinning blades to unclog periodically. Putting it in the blender may take longer for that reason. If you find a way to make it work better please let me know. Thanks for watching

  • could you put it on bare skin till it dries

  • @MrDigdog23 I'm not sure. I have never tried. I don't see why you couldn't. You could probably make some really cool molds cheap and fast. Great idea!!!

  • You guys are intense! Awesome!

I will try it! But the mask reminds me of why I don't go to the circus.......

  • Hey does the same rules apply if your trying to sculp figiures??? Ifnot please help me because i want to make figurines...thanks in advance

  • @asianjan It is a bit clumpy because of the toilet paper. Maybe try not using the toilet paper and just add more glue and flower as substitute for the wet toilet paper. Let me know how the mixture turns out for your project

  • This is great!! I don't know about anyone else, but I appreciate having all the directions right here in your video and not having to track them down via a web-sight. You better believe I'll be checking back to see more of your great videos! Thanks again.

  • ewwwww, toilet paper!!??

  • @TheKawaiiClayCafe It's not like he's wiped his ass with it.

  • @NecroWizard9000 Pooh is the secret ingredient in the mix. shhhh......we'll keep that between us. ;) lol

  • cool "recipe" creepy mask things

  • can u bake it???

  • @Lanie703 I've never tried. If you do try please let us know

  • cool recipe! once dry, can this be sandable to a smooth finish?

  • How dense does this dry, or could you weigh one of your masks to give me an idea? I'm planning on making a raptor mask that needs to be somewhat lightweight, so that my neck doesn't get too tired. Thanks, and nice video.

  • @sobekcroc it dries hard. It's not to heavy. It depends how big your mask is going to be. I would suggest using this material as a base to make your shell for the mask and build it up with light weight cotton pieces. Use glue to cover the cloth. Kinda like paper mache

  • Drylock and water seal like Thompson's will protect this outside.

  • very good tutorial. i really like the video effects and comentary

  • @LadyAltheaIsMe Thank you very much! I hope to have some videos up soon!

  • Thanks I will definitely give this a try. I love your sculptures, especially the clown. How does the sculptures hold up in the rain? What would you recommend to protect it with?

  • @Joiseygal Thank you! I actually don't have my props in the rain but if you use an exterior paint or a matte exterior varnish it would protect it. Thanks for the comment :)
