This video is very informative. I like how the doctor explains the purpose of the pacemaker. I also like the way indicated each step he was completing and the purpose of that particular step. Far less evasive than I thought it would be.
isn't the procedure deleterious to the doctor because he's exposed to the x-ray throughout the surgery. And doesn't performing multiple surgeries everyday with this much exposure take its toll on the surgeon? Thank you!
The physicians & techs wear lead shields. They also wear little meters that measure the cumulative amount of xray they are exposed to over time to prevent overexposure.
