where's the regional ITV start-up that came between the test card and ITV schools slide then?

Actually, when I did this it was actually meant to be a general national start-up but not as a regional one and so I wanted to make it look as if ITV had actually returned to the testcard after a break in schools programming between 1030 and 1100 hours, hence the interval slide which stated that programmes would resume at 1100 hours.
