im putting a 383 stroker in my 99 tahoe / 218/224 9.9:1 compression roller rockers balanced my goal is 1 hp per cu in ..but 400 hp would be great

Probably something to do with his computer tune for his cam. The tables in tow haul can be changed to what people on FSC call, Haul ass mode.
