En respuesta de mario decirle que no tiene ni idea, sino que le preguntena a Metha o a Mazel si algun solista le impone el tempo.El director no esta para conjuntar sino tambien para hacer la propia version.He dirigido a muchos solistas y nunca vi a nadie tocar un llevando el tempo con el pie eso solo lo he visto en el folklore mas profundo.Y lo de "señor director" te lo guardas pq no sabes quien soy ni te he faltado al respeto primero aprende modales y luego valora pero desde el respeto

Creo q estais equivocados, la bandurria no fue sustituida por la mandolina, la bandurria es denominada como Mandolina española y proviene de ella.

Sobre la actuacion es grandiosa aunque me parece que deja de lado mucho la interpretacion y solamente se dedica a tocar las notas.Ademas alguien tendria que aconsejarle que siguiese al director y no a su pie el cual le guia muchas veces de forma erronea de ahi el desajuste con la orquesta.

Lo digo con conocimiento ya que soy Director de Orquesta.

A ver. Al solista, nadie le tiene por que decir el tempo que tiene que llevar. El director está para poner la orquesta al servicio del solista. Y si hay desajuste entre solista y orquesta, la culpa nunca es del solista, es del director.

Brilliant musicianship and a fresh approach. Purists might say what's this chap doing using a bluegrass mandolin when he should be using a neapolitan mando - I say bring it on... it rocks. Inspirational stuff.

Simplemente grandioso. La escuela de las tunas (estudiantinas) en México relegó mucho a la mandolina como instrumento con posibilidades de virtuosismo, la encasilló en un género y finalmente la sustituyó por otro instrumento; el tricordo. Ejemplos como este nos pueden ayudar a recuperar nuestro amado instrumento y mostrar a la gente las grandes posibilidades que este tiene.

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaah!­!! I wonder if I can get sheet music for this? I wonder if I can ever get the 5 years of practicing I would need to perfect it. Some of the mid-tones in the mandolin have a bit of attenuation - it's just the recording. Makes me want to hear it live - perhaps with a clever guitar arrangement instead of an orchestra.
