@Spreewaldtopf (私は、)下痢の悪いケースがあります。 (Watashi wa) geri no warui keesu ga arimasu. You don't need to add in the "watashi wa," but it's formal to.

And if you're a guy, you can say "boku wa" instead of "watashi wa," but it's more formal to say "watashi wa."

In this example, geri means diarrhea, warui means bad, and keesu is the cognate for case. "Ga arimasu" just indicates that you have something, so the noun you put before "ga arimasu" is what you have.
