I'm sorry, but I still want to have fun while playing. Views are far more important than tactics if you ask me. Look, I do respect tactical shooter gamers, but why it does not work the other way round? I like guns, but not crawling for hours just to be finally killed by a bullet that came out of nowhere. Besides, no computer simulation can prepare you for real war; at most, it will give you a very general idea of tactics. King Chaos 1337 is right: don't overreact, it's just a game.

Picked this up yesterday, because after CoD 4, miklitary games just seemed to be repetivd and boring, so i was looking for something new, and my friend recomended this to me, because i love free roam rpgs, this seemed kindve like that, only in military form. it turns out it isnt exactly, but still. This is the best 'Modern warfare' game i';ve ever p;ayed, possibly best military FPS i've ever played.

this in not hard u noob.....and it's an exellent game..it's the most realistics ever..as i former ranger i should know..most peeps don't like it cus they can't pick up a rifle and run around like an idiot-rambo...as in CoD, Battlefield...and so on....war must be planned,,,in OP1 i could use like 1 hour of planning before i played.This is a mix..planning and executing...but little rambo-kid just can't handle it...brilliant game!!!!...for those that know wars..and how to execute it!!

Half the people on OFDR don't know how to stay quiet and just blaze at any enemy they see, it really annoys me.

I prefer stealth and speed rather than justrandomly engaging an enemy who didn't even know you were there.

Completing the original Flashpoint game's campaign was incredibly fulfilling because of the sheer difficulty of it. I hate the CoD games with their "duck to heal system'. It's no wonder that so few people understand the reality of modern warfare.

@photoshoper100 You may have a point there, ranger-buddy, but who the hell wants to sit around for an hour or more before you actually play a game that is actually not real, when you can have just as much fun playing battlefield or CoD and spend like ten minutes on it, and have the same amount of gaming experience, and then get on with your day, instead of spending hours on a computer. its entirely pointless.

I doubt it's the most realistic ever considering the first OFP is more realistic than this and the real sequels to that game, ArmA and ArmA2 are even more realistic.
