uhhh wing chun isn't ment to be a competition martial art o_0 i guess its fine for young kids but i dont really see how you can incorperate it into a competition either than chi sao practice ? (i probably spelt chi sao incorrectly). but i mean all the stricks they teach us is to the neck, groin and eyes. anyone hear of actual sparing for wing chun?
@KingWTFify Dude I've trained in wing chun Sense I was 13 and I can tell you that if you learn how to use it it can be very affective. Chi Sao is just a practice technique for developing hand sensitivity. If you understand how to use it then you can incorporate it in a competition. You did spell chi sao right and I have used it in real sparring. Very affective!
lol reminds me of my first tournament...da kid i was fighting was throwing the same exact kick...it was easy for me to counter wit a right roundhouse cuz i fight south paw...
point fighting like this is dumb

What are the rules here? This pretty much looks like a waste of time, stopping every 2 seconds...

I hate this style of sparring. But it's a good start especially for kids.

LOL, the kid in the yellow T is so smart:D. Goes for the reaction with a kick to score points:D.

not bad. She is reading the kick timing well.

This little girl really doesn't want to hit; she actually has to be instructed by the referee to "follow through".
I hope she grew up to kick ass...

Hmm... that tactic didn't work the first five times, perhaps if I try it again...
Glad to see people so young getting into WC. Tiny acorns an' all that.
