they live on saito island, the run 10 km every morning before drumming. they don't "work out"

@yellowfeverkid well, they do actually, not in the form of fitness, but any repetitive form of exercise can be called a ''work-out'', as long as its intensive, i'd say a 10 km walk up and down a mountain, AND drumming/dancing 'till you can't no more, is a pretty intense work-out!
