Neither. This song goes from the I to the VI with a major third in the VI, whereas Maybe Baby goes I - VI with a minor third. Apart form going from I - VI, which a massive amount of music does, I can't see anything in common between the tunes, except that they can both probably be loosely classified as rock and roll, whatever that is.....?
