ive just bought this phone. I'd like to comment on the running of the phone but i can't because the battery wont come out and i can't turn it on. Not impressed so far i must say. If there is a knack to iti certainally don't have it. Would try the patience of a fucking saint. Don't bother.
@FRATPARTY I disagree, I've had mine since it came out and i've no issues at all to date *touch wood*. Granted, the battery cover is a screw up on HTC's part, but bar that, phone is great!
Thank you very much! The fast boot is basically like if you put your pc in standby or hybernation but it doesn't really matter as you will rarely switch your battery.

Preparing SD card is normal, it just mounts it in the OS. You will notice it does that after you disable USB data transfer mode too.
