@dayingyang0 I got pre-approved for the visa infinite with my credit limit of over 29.3K carried over from my preexisting non-visa infinite card. So it has to do with the credit rating of the people being approved for $10K limits. You're right that the black card itself is not unlimited spending. Only screened spending beyond the limit which then is due in full each month.

The card they're talking about has a $495 annual fee and is a fraud that is trying to cash in on the mystique of the AMEX centurion card. There are many variations of visa infinite cards but they're for the most part the Visa version of a basic AMEX green card, and they're not available in the US.
