Both the Magnum, and the SMG are kickass. Apparently this person in this video decided that they were horrible weapons because she could not shoot. You can take out a whole squad of grunts, just by using the pistol.. Those two weapons are a great combo if you know how to use them right.

You missed the grunts bodies more than you missed their heads. Socom Pistol? More like Automag. Last Resort? More like " I use it so much I run out of ammo." First thing I get rid of is the SMG, swap that for the Plasma Pistol. That thing is effective for taking brute shields, jackal shields, and engineers.
