(Part 3) Mumbai Attack = (1) Infrastructure damaged, (2) indirect attack, (3) non-combatants killed, (4) women, children and innocent men killed, (5) Holy men killed including a Rabbi, (6)Foreigners not even from India killed. Name me the justification from an injunction of the Qur'an? the Sunna (practice) of the Prophet (saw)? from a hadith? Please then explain to me what halal can we take from such an act??? The only achieved is provoking the Indians and others to persecute Muslims ten fold
(2) of an enemy. The reality is that people of your (roleary3) mindset choose the halal when it is a useful tool but switch into the haram when it is more useful.
If you read any of the classical texts on Islamic history you will generally find that the Prophet (saw) and his companions (ra) would always act proportionately, directly and in the most dignified way. If any enemy of Islam entered a Muslim country, let alone a non-Muslim country, and he was not there as a combatant, he would not be harmed. There are historical records of this. The killing of women, children, and religious figures was strictly forbidden as was damaging the infrastructure tbc
