the weight training hes doing is not going to benefit you for jiu jitsu in anyway. it will make your body look good but it will not help you get in good shape at all. anything over 8 rep causes myotrophy and defeats the purpose of training for a sport. im not ragging this guy because hes on hgh. I have nothing against it, but dont deny it. If not hgh then some sort of synthetic.

he is on HGH, and most of these workouts are bodybuilding/mass building workouts. Anybody else who would workout like this and train would get in horrible shape and have no muscle endurance at all. He would be in such better shape and way more explosive and stronger than he already is if he got on a better program. Because the second he gets off the GH he will be screwed as far as being in shape goes

You should do a daily/weekly workout vlog or somethin'. I'm sure many people including would myself would definitely tune in. Your workout regimen looks a lot more intense than those I see on infomercials that are going for $300+...

Going slower can be more of a workout, but it depends what your training for. If your training for speed and explosiveness you would not want to train slow, imagine training for a sprint race slow, it would not work. However if you are a bodybuilder slower movements would be benificial for body composition. But from the looks of this video, this guy does not look like a bodybuilder, he looks like and athlete
I kinda disagree actually. He looks like a body builder, but he trains like an athlete. (he does alot of plyometrics). I suggest trying to come up with a string of routines, instead of having individual workouts put together in one video. Having a string of routines is REAL conditioning. Just a suggestion, cuz i would like to see you do/put together one.
I use the bike to warm up my shoulder, becasue I have a torn rotator cuff. Any who has a shoulder problem, try it and you will see that it is a great way to enter blood in the shoulder.
Not that you specifically asked me but I hear the best protein is whey protein. You need a pre-workout shake and a post workout shake. The post workout shake is vital as your muscles need the protein after every workout. Hope that's of use to you.

forreal man you should check in to the special forces and or navy seals you would pass the conditioning stages with ease. think about it great career move if your into this kind of thing. marine core at least , you'd even put their best to shame you would move up in rank extremly fast
