I did contact the cleaners 3 times, but they still could not find the mould around the bath. I'm sorry but the fact you have not been to one in this country means you have no right to comment. I did inform the manager about the fridge, i informed them 3 times about the mould around the bath. When you have people around to your villa 4 out of 5 days, you have to think maybe there is a endemic problem with the villa.

The last cleaner did not clean the house, or the one after that, or after that.

i think you guys just have had bad luck, i never been in the uk, but i recommend to try other country's of centerparcs to, like the netherlands, there awesome.

you could have tried calling some cleaners from the parc, and inform the manager about the broken fridge and the dirtyness in the bungalow
