The only thing it has in common with Anthem part two are the drums at the beginning of the intro. And yes, it does have an arpeggiated clean riff, too (just like millions of other songs), but that doesn't make it sound like Anthem 2 at all.

Still, I wouldn't say that Starting Line aren't influenced by blink-182. I mean, which pop punk group isn't?
