Speaking on the MF Global debacle Kerry Lutz says reassuringly "I think people will get their money back." Don't count on it: a billion dollars are missing, and no one knows a thing about where it went. Those that got some money back are told they should be happy to suffer at least a 22% loss. When a bank is on the verge of bankruptcy, officers go to jail for breaking into safe deposit box holders' boxes- I do not see any difference as to what happened to customer segregated funds.
