When i play it with Dolphin.exe i have the same problem. So i play it with DolphinIL.exe SVN R 4135 and it's ok. :-)

Try UNchecking "Optimize Quantizers" in the General settings, it worked for me, and apparently some others.

The same happend to me and I fix it in Configuration/plugins/openGL and check stretch to fit, and in advanced, Projection hack of R844

and Use safe texture cache.

Just go into Main Config and turn off 'Optimize Quantizers". Fixed the problem for me.

Plugin and emulator issue. This game works better with the Dolphin(2008 September) version- but too slow, and there other kind of graphics issues(visible persons and things across the walls etc...)
