Girl, I did the complete opposite of everything you're suppose to do.
I drank pop/soda EVERYDAY, I ate fast food/nothing healthy at all, I smoked for the 1st month(which I KNEW WAS UNHEALTHY and why I QUIT), and I didn't take prenatals. I craved apples and milk, but other than that, nothing healthy. My daughter was born completely healthy and she's super smart for almost 2.
I know, everyone is different, but I believe that if you keep doing whatever you do, it will be better than a big change.

i loved the aviator! i know what you mean about watching movies based on like the 40's and 50's there every day make up is so glam! like pearl harbor my all time favorite!! totally makes you rock red lipstick...but like you said i put it on and take it right off i'm not confident enough to wear it i feel like a clown lol. i think its because you have to find the right shade of red for your skin tone and thats hard theres so many reds out there! u look great though!

I have been off my pills for 6 days now and I am going to start testing for ovulation on Tuesday I believe, just because I started my monthly on Thurs. at 3:32 am and they say that you ovulate 8-16 days after your start. I feel ya on the sweats and giant tee shirts. Everyday I take my son to school, I drag out of bed, throw on a hoodie and leggins, hide my hair with a baseball cap, and slide into some flip flops. I have to be going to an appointment to even think about doing makeup. Lazy bones right here! I love doing red lips....let 'em stare =)
Im preggos too 4 weeks just found out...wasn't trying and definately not ready but guess I gotta reorganize my life again. My 6 year old is happy though lol.

I remember feeling EXHAUSTED before I found out I was preggo. I would come home from work and take naps. Just pass out on my bed and be late going back in LOL but I didn't care cuz I was that tired. Then I found out I was preggo and put it all together. Good luck on your pregnancy and take naps when u can !! :)
you should prob watch your weight gain during pregnancy, 10 pounds is quite a bit for a week, gaining too much weight will increase complications- ( such as gestational diabeties and high blood pressure- will potentially can effect bubby!)
Its good to know as lots of women think they can eat whatever they want during pregnancy- this is not the case. ( im a midwife)
the reason why its cheaper than at target is because they put items on clearance and then when they don't sell, after not selling after 75%, they go salvage and then they donate them to goodwill and such.
when i was pregnant with my girls i was so tired, i was a *witch*, super bloated, and just so fat.....it was awful. with my son it was a breeze! i did not start to wear maternity clothes until i was 7 months, the birth was easy and i was in regular colthes in 2 weeks. i had my baby girl 3 years ago and am still trying to loose all that weight...UGH
i feel like that two when i wear red lips lol but its red lol so I guess its just normal for people to look at you lol. I love the red lips on you by the way:
mama dont drink soda that is the worst thing u can do! its hard to lose the pounds you gain from drinking soda because it stays in your system for a long time.
About soda and water intake. My yoga instructor told was telling us how horrible sodas really are for us. She said that in the long run they cause osteoporosis (thats when ur bones hurt and get crooked) amongst other horrible things. She also told us that we should drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, and you add a glass of water for every juice, soda, milk, etc. So lets say you drink 3 glasses of soda, you should drink 11 glasses of water that day.
@mrsaleg08 Also she told us that the headaches are normal when you dont drink soda's and ur used to drinkin it because ur body thinks that it needs it. She said start slow. If you usually drink 5 cans of soda drink 4, and then lower it gradually, until you don't drink any. After 30 days of not drinking soda, you convince your body you don't need it. It's okay to treat yourself to soda when u go out to dinner or something but not all day everyday. Your really harming ur body.

Yeah I used to drink sodas alot when I used to be at home with mom and I broke out all the time had bad acne and not pretty skin.... then I married my husband and he didn't put sodas in the house instead he had juice and water and now that's what I drink, I only have soda when im out and my skin is SO clear.

I feel ya on the sweats and giant tee shirts. Everyday I take my son to school, I drag out of bed, throw on a hoodie and leggins, hide my hair with a baseball cap, and slide into some flip flops. I have to be going to an appointment to even think about doing makeup. Lazy bones right here! I love doing red lips....let 'em stare =)

Im preggos too 4 weeks just found out...wasn't trying and definately not ready but guess I gotta reorganize my life again. My 6 year old is happy though lol.

I wish I could red lips, I don't have the courage or the self esteem but someone needs to, so YOU GO GIRL!! to the ladies that say it's distracting, they are the haters that give women a bad name and they are the ones that say they don't talk about other women....yeah right. Loving the makeup! I've been meaning to try your eyeliner tut. So I guess I better get on that ... It looks so good. And the red lips are super pretty.
I remember feeling EXHAUSTED before I found out I was preggo. I would come home from work and take naps. Just pass out on my bed and be late going back in LOL but I didn't care cuz I was that tired. Then I found out I was preggo and put it all together. Good luck on your pregnancy and take naps when u can !! :)

you should prob watch your weight gain during pregnancy, 10 pounds is quite a bit for a week, gaining too much weight will increase complications- ( such as gestational diabeties and high blood pressure- will potentially can effect bubby!)
Its good to know as lots of women think they can eat whatever they want during pregnancy- this is not the case. ( im a midwife)

the reason why its cheaper than at target is because they put items on clearance and then when they don't sell, after not selling after 75%, they go salvage and then they donate them to goodwill and such.

when i was pregnant with my girls i was so tired, i was a *witch*, super bloated, and just so fat.....it was awful. with my son it was a breeze! i did not start to wear maternity clothes until i was 7 months, the birth was easy and i was in regular colthes in 2 weeks. i had my baby girl 3 years ago and am still trying to loose all that weight...UGH

mama dont drink soda that is the worst thing u can do! its hard to lose the pounds you gain from drinking soda because it stays in your system for a long time.

About soda and water intake. My yoga instructor told was telling us how horrible sodas really are for us. She said that in the long run they cause osteoporosis (thats when ur bones hurt and get crooked) amongst other horrible things. She also told us that we should drink atleast 8 glasses of water a day, and you add a glass of water for every juice, soda, milk, etc. So lets say you drink 3 glasses of soda, you should drink 11 glasses of water that day.

@mrsaleg08 Also she told us that the headaches are normal when you dont drink soda's and ur used to drinkin it because ur body thinks that it needs it. She said start slow. If you usually drink 5 cans of soda drink 4, and then lower it gradually, until you don't drink any. After 30 days of not drinking soda, you convince your body you don't need it. It's okay to treat yourself to soda when u go out to dinner or something but not all day everyday. Your really harming ur body.

Yeah I used to drink sodas alot when I used to be at home with mom and I broke out all the time had bad acne and not pretty skin.... then I married my husband and he didn't put sodas in the house instead he had juice and water and now that's what I drink, I only have soda when im out and my skin is SO clear.
