People like this seem to be running the risk of getting a little bit too happy. Remember, there has to be a balance, being too happy poses its own set of problems.

True that. Balance comes only after feeling and experiencing that which comes naturally. Like feeling happiness first in the moment. Later, you come back and consciously experience sadness or something similar. Thus, balance reached. Seeking balance is the beginnings of the path to true beingness.
