i am not going to be mean, i am losing weight so i can get a good result with my breast reduction i also quit smoking and am nearly a size 2 now, you should now focus on losing weight for your own personal health and self esteem, i am in no way buff bodied i just cut out junk food, soda's, candy, and ate more fruits and vegetables and lean fish and grilled chicken, just buy some good trainers and go out walking early in the morning, and you will see change.

A lot of times with large breasts it's a vicious cycle/catch 22 where it is harder for a woman to work out because she can't do cardio without being easily winded or her back and shoulders have pain. i think that you would have found that actually losing weight would have reduced the size of your breasts naturally. preferably more than 40lbs. i don't believe that insurance companies should cover this type of surgery on obese persons who just want a quick fix from looking fat. obviously it didn't help the situation but if you ever lose the rest of the weight you will find yourself without breasts and go under the knife again to even your proportions out.
