Their good, had a problem today in the cinema, with finding seat numbers, then finding that this person was sitting in my seat and been really arsey over it (even that I had paided premium prices for it), plus some people where just been rude. But I told a member of staff and they sorted it all out for me and gave me free tickets to another show as well for the inconvenience :D. Great customer service.
