I saw them in Davis, CA in 1985 Mars Eats Guitars tour with the Bangles. HG did a Zepplin medley that was tremendously azzkickin'. Even my metalhead Accept friend was impressed!!
Chicago loves the Hoodu Gurus. I think I will book them for a gig at the House of Blues in 2008 or 2009. I once saw them live back in the 80's. Bittersweet is a great song. Go Aussies! America loves everything about Australia. How the heck didn't this song hit #1 in the USA??????

they played shake some action in sf with cryil jordon on that tour..then prince came out and jammed with the bangles

rplcmint, saw the same tour in Boone, NC the week Manic Monday hit #1. The Bangles were very good, but the Gurus blew me away!
