I've never look at my life this way before. I am currently in what you would describe as a state of bondage, and it frustrates me that I used to be productive. It wasn't until today that I realized the happiness and fostering of good ideas that I experienced was because I forced myself out of a result driven cycle. Throughout the past year I fell back into my old ways and it wasn't long before anxiety ruled my life again. I feel encouraged that this new outlook will help me out of my slump.
