@MrToadMaster here's a statistic I like to challenge Republicans with: from 1970-2000, we saw three consecutive decades of economic growth, but the wages of 90% of Americans (the VAST majority) remained stagnant or declined. That does not add up at all. even Adam Smith even wrote about the dangers of corporate collusion. The American people need to care about the issues again, and that takes critical thinking, but once that starts we should see a resurgence for the Democrats.
