Before Jesus returns to this earth every person on the face of the earth has "hear" the Gospel which is the Good News what Jesus did for us on the cross. God will use missionaries, visions and dreams where there's no Bible.

I think that you have to be more than goood to get to Heaven. You have to except the Lord Jesus Christ as your personal Saviour and that's number one n follow Him!... as far as a child, the bible says that it's at six where a child knows what they're doing then they are judged thru wat they've done. If they are younger, then they go to Heaven... and with isolated ppl I believe all people have a conscience and know what's right or wrong and they can go to Heaven. These are really good questions!
They say that we develope our world view the most between the ages of 16 and 25. The college age is fascinating to examine philosophical views on salvation.
