That's a B-1B Lancer supersonic bomber with stealth features only not a "stealth bomber". This is filmed on a US Navy ship probably during an execise or air show. The wings are in the rear position used during supersonic flight so it wouldn't be flying that low unless for a show. Not only that, by the time the "Iranians" put their finger on the firing button this plane would already be back in the hanger. Lame video & lamer poster!
