This game will become shooter legend for sure lol! Alot of action, alot of humour, and because of the randomization of weapons, vehicles and some of the locations it's replay value is through the roof!
I am sure some of the HUD will be able to be customised to how much is shown on screen and even if its not that is no reason to not buy a game. Yeh man i know what you mean in dead space, i barely notice it.
well i didn't play dead space, not really my 'thing' but there is just SO MUCH hud in this game i can't "not notice" it. i liked farcry 2 & that game had very, very little HUD elements & they faded when the info they relayed to the player was not pertinent. this game has ALOT of constant hud elements. the whole bottom of the screen is cluttered the entire time. not saying it's a game breaker, but i just don't like that. one of my little nit-picks in modern gaming...
the fact that the people there watching the presentation are laughing is good sing because i had hoped that the game also contains humor i like a good shooter and all but adding humor to a game makes a lot of diffrence because i love to have fun shooting monsters and the humor makes it that much more fun to do it when you can laugh you're ass off doin it :P
well i was thinking this would be another case of over promising features. the game sound incredible on paper ...but often times we get a game that SOUNDS incredible and ends up being a fraction of what was promised...all these vids together though show me everything that was promised not only made it in but was well executed..... exactly what i had hoped for... any who all i have to do now is finish paying off my pre order ..this can't come out soon enough!!!
ya it seems like seeing the menus in this game helped me...i thought it would just have upgradable character and millions of guns...but then i worried that there wouldnt be other types of loot and things to equip and world maps and quests and stuff...its hard to explain but ya, these videos are cool

yeah i was wondering that too, brick gets a 3500 crit with his berserker punch, so i imagine it cant be that low...
unless lvl 50s are getting 20k crits or something like that.

you'll hardly notice the HUD when in combat, and the non-existent HUD is rlly shitty imo. If you ever play deadspace you'll know what i mean

wtf are you talking about. the hud in deadspace was perfect. it showed everything that was going on at all times without getting in the way.
