do what he said but cover up one end, then go and put a hole it the end that's covered up, after that roll up some bits of scrap paper (not to big) and put them in to the tube. Then shoot it. it will either explode on impact or burst when shot :)

@Fetey2 It has to do with rubber gloves. Basically, a rubber glove portion is cut and wrapped around the back end. You load it in with the rubber facing you. Finally, you blow it until it bursts. When I tested it, it was quite loud.

Paint the top side of the paper with your glue of choice leaving about 1inch at the end closest to you,place your pen casing over the dry section roll the paper over the pen making a tight fit then continue to roll the casing till the end, Slow and firm is the right method, let dry in sun for 1 day, then remove casing.

If you cannot make a casing from these instructions then i suggest to stop trying to make what ever your making.

Everyone needs to chill out, yeah this kid didnt really show you what you wanted to know, so ill help him out a lil.

Grab a pen casing (round). Grap A4 cut in half long ways so you have two long strips, lay one down in front of you........Now fill a glass 3/4 and put 2 teaspoons of pva glue in and stir.

Alternativly just use a glue-stick.
