Many years ago, before Sadam, I said Chavez is the most dangerous man in the world. A lot more dangerous than Osama Bin Ladden, or other leaders that are contained such as Kim of Korea, because Chavez is a presidente with lots of resources and is continuously making moves with the clear intention of "taking down the empire" (the United States) as he says it.
