  • great Video! Where can I get this resistance bands? I played soccer All my life and I recently join a Basketball team I would like to improve my defense, I'm still faster and have better cardio then most of the guy i played.

  • the guy in the video hops to much and stands to straight up on his defensive Z drill at the end, technique can also help defensive quickness by staying low and pushing instead of hopping by going from heel to toe.

  • We do have College and Pro Athletes using the Kinetic Bands. We do not currently have any paid endorsements form Professional since they are very expensive and we are a very small company.

  • Is it a good idea to wear that band? Does that band actually help? How come I don't see anyone else professionally using it? Please let me know. Thanks.

  • Thank you. it seems many people miss the point. the resistance bands are utilized to help build speed, power, explosion, leg strength and overall Core development. this is accomplished while doing normal sport specific drills. to many people get caught up in criticism and making comments that either make so sense or prove they know very little about training.
