I recommend potassium nitrate and sugar, which will give the same effect, but is safer and kno3 is easier to get. But, everyone start, at øleast they SHOULD, start with this, its a lot safer than blackpowder and its really fun=D

Well KCLO3 is unstable with anny kind of fuel i tryed out in some tests thou it stay's quite stable with sugar , carchoal. Thou combining it with sulfer makes it very sensetive. Just try get yourself a sledge hammer some KCLO3 and combine it with different fuels and smash it don't do it bigger then 1 - 2 grams thou Sometimes it wil give quite a bang somtimes it will just enflame but it will react.

you can pureify matches, to get potassium chlorate, grind up alot of match heads, let them sit in water until they red stuff collects at the bottem, then filter it, and let it sit over a candle (in a dish) for 5 hrs, or until it is a powder, scrape it off, and you have 80-90% pure potassium chlorate (its pink lol) hope this helped

Potassium Clorate is not as safe as Per-Clorate. Read the death mix list and take careful note. There are several chemicals that react very violently with Clorates.

KNo 3 is potassium nitrate potassium chlorate here in the US you can get them in cap gun caps from cvs. But since you are Swedish im not sure I can advise. But if you're talking about internet purchase just google "purchase potassium chlorate" theyre good for little starter firecrackers but they're sensitive to shock.
