No, the voice actor is Mike Patton, former lead singer of Faith No More. He also done voice work in 2K Games's The Darkness last year.

Either way, I'm definitely buying this. I don't really care if I don't like it, and Rearmed might have been my first proper experience with the whole series, but if the same team done the PC port of GRAW2, then they must be doing something right as regards the shooting mechanics at least.
