You know what's just downright disturbing? When headcrabs leap onto their host's succulent noggin, their beak penetrates through the skull and into the brain (that's how they gain control). Maybe the reason the zombies are yelling gibberish is because the brain damage messed with the hosts ability to speak!

I think I Know how the head crab makes you a zombie, it rotates your head and opens your mouth and inserts a drilling thingy and drills through your soft pallate towards your brain and then takes control of your brain and you are now a zombie,
