I love El Greco and when I lived in NY I would go to the Metropolitan Museum and spend time with El Greco and The View from Toledo in its very own special room. A very calming and mystical experience.

It's unbelieveable El Greco lived in the 16th / 17th century! I mean the colours, the body language and the shapes of the person seem sometimes so expressionistic...

Thank you for this. I had almost forgotten El Greco, although he always has been my favorite painter. I remember my first time seeing an original of his and I could hardly leave the room. I had to sit down for a long while.

Phil this is great. I never really looked at Greco that much before as a artist, so this is a treat. I LOVE the last painting "The Burial of Count Orgaz". By showing all the cool details is makes it magical to see all the elements and charactors. Hope life is good. I have been painting more and tubbing less. It is really fun to see my friends play!! ROCK ON!
