Wow, guy placed second-to-last in the end. To say he deserved it is pretty much the understatement of the year.
And really, German being the second spoken language in the world?? Never heard anything as ridiculous as that.
I mean it's just hysterical that someone could be THAT self-absorbed and vain to actually believe that. Look it up in Wikipedia or anywhere online... First Mandarin, then Spanish, then English, then Arabic, Russian, Portuguese, Japanese. German a small joke at the bottom.
Wow. "Well, I sort of translated half of the game into english, but judging by the dubbed movies I've grown up with, german is the third language of the world, so I'm sure this won't give you any problems." ...and it's scary, because Emilian is far from the only german who believes this.
Well, believe it or not, but German language is becoming more and more international. Second language spoken after English. Really. :)
I don't get why reviewers rate my adventure low, just because it's mainly written in german? Isn't it a good opportunity for you to learn German in order to understand my games? When I had English in school I liked it. For instance, most of the C64 adventures in the 80s were written in English, so you had to understand it to play them.
I imagine that the second language of the world would be chinese by now, but it's probably true for Europe: Of the 2% actually bothering to learn their native language, english AND a third language fluently, most of these guys probably pick german. ...and why is that? Because like playing the recorder, we only got two poor choices at school: French or german. ...but not even with this stanrd will a "german world language" be anything more than a naïve german dream.
@bitgroove BECAUSE YOU ACT LIKE A DICK, you dumbass. You think people need any more reason than that?? Your game sucks and you act like a dick to people reviewing it - END OF STORY for fuck's sake.
The hell? What is wrong with you dude? OF COURSE you should be thanking him for taking the time to review your shit. Not to mention you WASTED his fucking time with your un-translated game (and mine too, while we're at it).
Anyway you can expect a solid 1 from me, purely for your dickish sarcastic attitude (and the fact that the game deserves it doesn't help).
Jawohl, ich kann's in Englisch, in Deutsch. Ich kann's meinetwegen auch ins Polnische übersetzen. Aber dann werden die Sonderzeichen unlesbar falls kein polnischer Tastaturtreiber installiert ist.
Yes, I can write in english, in german. I can even translate into polish. But then the special characters will become unreadable when no polish keyboard driver is installed.

Hey, wintericecastle trying to review my CYOA stuff again. I expected this. It was crystal clear. :D
Don't worry, you can do it better next time. ;) Always fun watching your video reviews anyway.
Have fun, dude.

*Ahem*. I'll try that with my own account, this time:
Thanks. You're welcome.

I'm welcome? Eeeeh, rrrright. I guess I didn't catch the punchline. ;)
Anyway, do your video review stuff. Whatever. I don't care, Mr. Simon Cowell.
No, I like you, I really do. :)

Doch, übersetze es ins polnische. Dann verstehen die Briten nur Bahnhof. ;)
