  • Nice to see the Ex-Conrail SD40-2 helpers still out there.

    I miss rail fanning out there. Some my family is from Portage.

  • 40 yrs ago there would have been PRR SD40's and SD45's on the headend of that train, no doubt....

  • OK horn, but not as shrill and penetrating as the ex Southern Nathan P5's....those were LOUD.

  • Yeah it's the doppler effect. I was just at the tip of the iceburg learing about newton and I asumed that it was the law of motion.

  • I do belive though the only railroads with true SD70ACe's ane CSX, Kansas City Southern and im not 100% sure about this last one but i think Union Pacific

  • and BNSF. All of those dont have SD70M-2's
