  • Once again...it is people like these in this video that are open carrying that hurt all the rest of us that are not ass hats!

  • @nedtorin open carrying is a right. period. it's cops like that which harass open carriers that make it hard on us, don't blame people who are standing up for your rights for the problem it's the enforcement that does not like us standing up for our rights. if your rights are being violated and your life in danger you have the right to kill that person even if it's a cop. false arrest can put you into the electric chair.

  • @circusboy90210 It is a right but it does not exempt anyone from being stopped and questioned. Also although you do have a right to carry, you do not have the right to carry certain places and in certain circumstances. So don't be fooled into thinking that your right to bear arms super cedes all other rights, laws and rules and be pissed when you get called on certain things.

  • @nedtorin there should be no bounds to a persons rights.period. being stopped and questioned?? that's false arrest. the only place a person should not be able to carry is inside the secure area of a prison or jail, everything else(including a plane) is fair game.

  • @circusboy90210 And that sir is why you are so ignorant, because you have no idea about reality.

  • @nedtorin I know it's not right how things are enforced and yes I know this horrible reality that you would continue to proporgate and keep citizens from having the rights we are supposed to have everywhere.

  • @nedtorin false arrest is when an officer causes you to not be doing what you would normally be doing if you were not be interfacing with him/her.

  • @circusboy90210 Ok live in your world .....I can't explain things to crazy

  • @nedtorin you can't handle the truth sir. I live in the real world where people have rights. I have the right to defend myself wherever I go , including inside of a bank. why?? robbing the place is illegal . having a firearm with me to shoot the robbers who would kill me for merely being there if I were unarmed is my constitutional right.

  • Friends don't have the right to visit friends in jail...you tards!

  • i fully support open carry, but that asshole keep saying fucking and his attitude just makes it that the cops are in the right , man get a life going open carry and swearing at people should give them the right to arrest you and remove your gun licence

  • hey i love the fact that you guys fight for open carry rights but do you guys have to taught the police cause they won't let your buddy out of jail come on its jail there is a process i just think it would make you guys look better to fight the police in court where they can't touch you or arrest you for speaking your mind and let the judge make the call and again i really love the fact about you guys fighting for open carry right's but i think you could have been better then the cops

  • Any Government system will fail us... not one will succed.

  • I can't believe you guys think Ron Paul will be any different. They are all liars. HAVE YOU NOT LEARNT THAT YET!???

  • This guy is just an asshat. He's also NOT a CCW regular. That revolver is probably just a toy he keeps for fun (by 'toy' I mean fun-item, not fake). The holster doesn't even fit the gun ( the trigger guard won't fit in the holster where it is meant to, which is dangerous). He is just carrying it to try and make a statement or intimidate officers.

    He's an asshat.

  • This is not possible in Harris County

  • I literally laughed at 2:44. "The man whose arrest has triggered SUCH opposition." There's about 9 people outside of the building.

  • Pot smoking, gun carrying, paranoid americans...i just say WOWWW...why not just get yourself a taser or a pepperspray to protect yourself...or just stay at home if you are so afraid:))))

  • Are you aware even police in most states are not allowed to carry their firearms into a jail, even when on duty? I have to secure my weapon before entering a jail both on and off-duty. Even in full uniform, I cannot bring my gun into the jail.

I'm with you about citizens having the right to keep and bear arms, all the way. I want as few restrictions as possible.

But your treatment of law enforcement makes you look like the anti-police hate group, TruthBlock (I mean CopBlock).

  • openly smoke pot? what a bunch of dickheads....

  • Is this an episode of worlds dumbest people who carry guns? And I'm not talking about the cops.

  • what is the point of this video? so they arrest a fucking drugaddict and they want him to be free. fuck him . biggest problem we have in this country is these fucking potheads.drugs are fucking up our people and destroying our kids. fuck that punk.

  • @sissisaona Your ignorance is heard loud and clear. Drugs are a major problem in this country but why is that? Could it be the sham that is called the war on drugs? Instead of filling our jails with non-violent drug offenders, we should offer them help with addiction, not throwing them in jail with a bunch of rapists and murderers. Every time another drug is made illegal, there popularity jumps and becomes much more of a problem than it ever was. You need to open your eyes.

  • @MrJjjcash You are calling me an ignorant, well let me tell you something my friend ,source of rapes and murders are mostly drugs. Are you saying drugs shoulndt be illegal? We need to educate our people, because the second they can not find money to buy the drug they turn to crime.Your ignorance not letting you see the reality drugs are source of most of the crimes in this country, many of the users are sellers also.you need to open your eyes not me! what i understand you are drug advocate your self

  • @sissisaona i do not want to live in my neigborhood with bunch of drug addicts and sellers. i want my kids to grow up with out that poison. there is no such a thing as non violent drug user. drug brings all kinds of crime to our neighborhoods, those "non violent" drug offenders brings violent drug dealers to our streets.SO i am all for war on drugs, you also need to think about thosands of innocent people are loosing there life around the world for the drug trade too. OPEN YOUR EYES?

  • @sissisaona You are a proper idiot. Why don't you have a look at what happened during alcohol prohibition. Legalization is the safest way to keep your kids from harm, then they won't have to deal these alleged "dangerous drug dealers". Get your head out of the sand and do some research on the constitution and what the Thomas Jefferson said regarding prohibition. OPEN YOUR EYES! Oh and btw alcohol and tobacco are drugs so maybe those should be made illegal?

  • @MathisErickson FIRST OFF ALL JUST BECAUSE CALLING ME A IDIOT,, WHY DONT YOU GO FUCK YOUR MOTHER. YOU FUCKING ASSHOLE. SECOND TAKE YOUR STUPIT DRUG ADDICT FREE DRUGS SOO I CAN USE IT ANYWHERE I WANT MENTALITY AND STICK IT IN YOUR ASS. BECAUSE OF YOU FUCKING IDIOT USERS WE ARE IN THIS DEEP SHIT. SO OPEN YOUR EYES AND GO FUCK YOUR SELF

  • Those are some sorry ass out of shape cops . Dam thats crazy that they can be so out of shape.

  • If you don't like it here leave. There's Cuba and other places you're more than welcome to go. Nobody is holding you back lol

  • ASSHOLE!!!!!! Ohhh, waaaa, my friends been kidnapped,

  • Douchebags

  • Vote Ron Paul 2012

  • @glajl that will fix everything... not

  • The "protester" is an ass who was clearly looking for a fight. The fact that he didn't get one really pissed him off.

  • need show up at their home like we use do in merrimack let cop know you have dogs and guns ,,let think about that

  • I would have drew down on some guy comming into a secured facility with a weapon talking like that.

  • @gardnerbm he has every right to bear arms on the other side of the metal detector, you would be dead long before you saw his weapon if he had ill intentions and no metal detector is ever going to stop a madman blazing two guns running into the place . your fat doughnut eating ass would not even see it coming.

  • 0:35 out of my facility???obviously this mans power trip has gone to his head and does not understand who pays for that facility.don't point at me?? when is pointing someone out against the law? government should always be afraid of the people not the other way around. leave the premise?? they are citizens and have a right to be there as long as they see fit, during the hours of operation.4:20 hahaha this is private property.. what a joke .

  • @circusboy90210 It's a secured location. You can't just walk into the White House and ask to see the President whether you pay for his salary or not.

  • @OfficerNelson actually for the most of our history you could just walk right up and knock on the door of the white house like any other house. being president does not make one god and unapproachable by the constituents, who are the real bosses of government.

  • @OfficerNelson remember the words ."We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

  • @circusboy90210 You are not allowed to bring a firearm into a jail. Even law enforcement can't bring firearms into a jail.

  • @OfficerNelson oh yes you can right up to the custody window. don't ask me how I know these things, othe than a phone book delivery gone horribly wrong and I ended up buzzed into the central control room of a small prison with out anybody checking who I was. but in normal situations you an actually go right up to the custody window bearing arms. this is where cops check their guns.

  • so now we have a guy who wants the right to be high and carry a gun................thats fucking stupid dont these people have jobs

  • @catnap24 you have a right to be armed no matter what state of mind your in. the constitution does not differentiate this, nor should it. a high person has the same right to defend themselves against gov tyranny as a sober person.

  • @circusboy90210 i love guns.....and i agree with you........but you cant protest making drugs legal and flex a gun.......i live in miami....when guns and drugs mixed here in the 80s.....we had the highest murder rate per person in the country....FACT

  • @catnap24 I was there in kendall lakes I remember. the morgue had to rent ice trucks to hold the extra bodies

  • @circusboy90210 theres more important shit to be worrying about than getting high.......these people must have it made in life....if thats what theyre so worried about

  • @circusboy90210 But a high person does not have the same judgment as a sober person to decide when the government is being tyrannical or when an appropriate time to defend them selves is. Just like being drunk.

  • @Pooshooter5k they sure as fuck do. goto a coffee shop in amsterdamn and see if smoking pot has nothing to do with political activity or ability to have educated conversation. smoking pot and drinking are light years apart, not even in the same galaxy. if you have no experience make no conjecture on the subject please.

  • @circusboy90210 I'm not saying that a high person is the same as a drunk person. I'm saying that being high is and should be treated the same as being drunk. Some one who is high will not all ways have the same decision making process as when they are sober. Just like being drunk. Wail I have no experience being high I have a lot of experience dealing with people that are high. You do not have the right to be armed regardless of state of mind. Maybe you are saying you should?

  • @Pooshooter5k our founding fathers were very intelligent people who thought of all possiblity's when framing the constitution. yes you do have rights no matter what state of mind you are in. the reason for the right to bear arms is to prevent the tyranny of government, not stop from being raped or murdered. marijuana does not cloud a persons judgement like alcohol nor should it ever be thought of like that. do some actual research before making pure f'ing conjecture, makes u look like asshole

  • @circusboy90210 They were intelligent but did not and could not have though of all possibilities, they knew this too. Please show were you are getting your facts from? I would be interested to read the supporting research but I cant find any studies supporting your opinion.

  • @catnap24

You're just another douchebag who hasn't a clue about your own rights. You equate people who exercise their rights as "pot heads without jobs".

Go fvck yourself!! You're everything that is wrong with America and were it is headed.

  • @FoxifiedNutjob how am i everything thats wrong with america....I have a job...I obey the law...i dont do drugs or go protest for them and just create public disturbances.......lol how is there something wrong with me......answer that and make sense

  • @FoxifiedNutjob i know my rights but i dont think its cool to abuse them.....one day that guys gonna fuck with the wrong cop......and he will be found dead with his gun by his side.....oops......he should have just stayed home and maybe tried being sober instead

  • great idea be nice to the officer and shake his hand then start cursing at him makes no sense haha

  • I think this guy shot himself in the foot using profanity.

  • u jelly bro

  • if you dont like it here take your gun and go to some opther country see how long they put up with you asshole

  • ...Correctional officers who put their lifes on the line every fucking day just to make sure the inmates don't get out and harm the public. I think you need to take a step back and SERIOUSLY rethink the bullshit you just pulled.

  • Bringing a FIRE ARM into a correctional facility?! WOW and you want us to take you seriously. You CANNOT bring a weapon of any kind into a correctional facility, it is a felony and I am totally shocked you got out of there not being in handcuffs. Now I am ALL for the second amendment, BUT SERIOUSLY WHAT THE FUCK? This is the EXACT reason why the pencil pushers have leverage against us because some minority fuck it up for the rest of us. USE YOUR BRAIN. How about you show some respect to those

  • @JDunnO25 yes you can . defending yourself is not a felony. the 2nd ammendment covers every square inch of our land right up into the jail house but not all parts of it . in south american all prisoners have guns and there is nothing wrong with this.

  • @circusboy90210 This is going to vary state by state I guess. In NH you are NOT allowed to bring weapons/drugs onto the correctional facilities property. If you are in the parking lot and have a gun in your car, you will be arrested. They search unlocked cars, if its in the parking lot you have to lock them. So bring a gun onto their facility, you should be arrested. There is absolutely no need for him to be bringing a fire arm into a prison. It is just stupid.

  • @JDunnO25 #1 it's not a prison it's a jail , big difference. #2 yes there is a reason, to prevent false arrest or outright assassination for showing deferring viewpoints to the Establishment that might try to make him disappear. searching a unlocked vehicle is no more legal than searching a locked vehicle, my right to privacy should not be dependant on whether or not i liked to lock my car. I have the right to bear arms every inch of the us soil period .

  • @JDunnO25 A jail is not a correctional facility, you are referring to prisons... This was a jail.

  • This isn't a statement, nor is it a fight for rights. This is just some assholes that think because that they're 'fighting' for something they can demand whatever they want.Stop bitching! Like DaFoxx28 said, what did you think? The cop was gonna turn around, "Brb, I'll go get him for you!"?

  • Mike looks as though his parents smoked more then Marijuana. Doe he take medicine for his affliction?

  • He was cursing at the guard as if he had the authority to let his buddy out, or even answer questions, he just works there, nothing more, he can't go, what? you're kidding me! follow me, let me let him out right now, dude, i am soooo sooo sorry, wow, and here, have a fresh bag of hootie to light up on your way out. Stop attacking people that clearly have no authority and just work there doing their job, go curse at a judge or whoevers in charge holding him there, not the 12 buck an hour guy.

  • I'm a little cofused about what occurred. Was it public property and, if so, how where they able to threaten arrest?

  • You don't bring a weapon into a correctional facility... Your CCW or open-carry right does -not- apply to correctional facilities and you could be charged with trafficking weapons in a correctional institution, which is a felony.

  • @BladeravenGaming ur full of bullshit dumbfuck

  • @sharpshooternick umadbro? Because I think you mad bro.

  • @BladeravenGaming dumbfuck

  • @sharpshooternick You are indeed mad, bro.

  • @sharpshooternick umadbro

  • You guys are imbeciles. Walking into a jail, packing a revolver. You're lucky you aren't dead, numb skull.

  • Ya'll should watch alielbaryeshua's mini-series called " Aliel Presents: America's Largest Violent Street Gang". It explains EVERYTHING as to why cops are the way they are.

  • Wow, your an idiot. I am a police officer so I do believe I have a clue as to what the laws are. Secondly I am a vetran so don't ever tell me that that idiot getting arrested is" The one fighting for my freedom". According to you I will "go sit back down on the couch after my day at my dead end job"

  • @kandress1985 ill tell you what pig, how many fucking lives have you ruined because of your lies and falsifying the reports? If you are a cop I mean a pig that means you are a trained liar and a thief. speaking of freedom fighters, Nazis like you are not fighting for our freedoms as well. While your fat ass stuffing food from dunkin donuts, you forgot one principle, that is called the constitution. If you are a cop it does not mean you are aware of the laws, just like your lies.

  • 1:30........DUUHHHHH WHICH WAY DID HE GO GEORGE WHICH WAY DID HE GO..... UHHHHDUUUGHG

  • @xylogeist, we can open carry...accept in places where it would reasonable to restrict entry of weapons or firearms...like a prisoner detention facility...

  • that cop handle that verry well.

  • dude your ass should be sitting next to him in that cell. you cant bring a gun into a jail or prison wtf

  • @eastoneagle75 In New Hampshire they have what they call an "Open Carry" license. Your state should have one too, but you haven't fought for your rights, so you don't deserve it.

  • @Xylogeist In PA you don't need a license to open carry as long as your on foot and not in a major city like Philadelphia you do need one for concealed carry

  • @eastoneagle75 maybe its legal?

  • It would help if he didn't look so much like a criminal.

  • You really brought a firearm INTO a detention facility? Thats a FELONY in some states...

  • @SelectiveINfusion In New Hampshire they have what they call an "Open Carry" license. Your state should have one too.

  • Im sorry im all for human rights etc and against police brutality etc. HOWEVER all these protests have ever done is make society a more hostile place.

  • What a bunch of pussy comments. Grow some balls men and realize the agenda to feminize your slave ass.

  • 1:00 What the fuck? He's got the trigger completely exposed on his holster. Fucking dumb ass!

  • ffs what a moron

  • as soon as he swore i stopped watching. hes being unprofessional and provoking the cop. totally out of control.

  • You notice how eager the one cop is to put the handcuffs on 'em @5:01...lol

  • If you want to carry a gun become a cop you pussies

  • @069751 That comment was so stupid in so many levels

  • @heading7593 I bet those same guys protesting at the PD right after that went to the local park to go occupy it and live in tents

  • @NoMAIG Ya great while your smoking that shit your prob going to either:

Crash into someone while driving a car

Do something stupid like robbing a police station

that shit makes people go insane like PCP

Then the police shoot them down :)

  • I suppose that the 'property' is NOT public, but incorporated (as in most court houses, etc.) The police are not public employees, but workers for the corporation, along with the judges.

  • @dumpsterdan57 but still the property is paid for by the american taxpayers and if they use the excuse that they are a corporation and we are paying them for a benefit then we can get them for fraud because they are saying that they are the government and if they are a corporation then we dont have to pay them anything because they never gave use the full disclosure when we or our parents signed the "contract"

  • @AmericanPowerBase i agree plus, when law enforcement tells you to leave a secure facility, you leave it.

some of these idiots should try saying its their right to open carry while talking to the president, im sure they'll feel the heat from alot of lasers aimed right at their forehead.

  • @honhon05 yes they do have the right to open carry talking to the president and yes they will feel the lasers on their foreheads but it STILL IS THEIR RIGHT TO CARRY next to the anywhere they want. BTW any property paid for with taxpayer dollars is public property. Hence they have a right to be there maybe not in the cells trying to let people out but they have a right to be in the waiting room and asking the officers to see their friend who was illegally arrested.

  • Aawwww dumb ass pot head got arrested. How sad. Hay dumb asses pot is illegal, if you do it the po po's not gona be to nice to you.

  • @takiniteasy88 Back in our history, it was illegal for black people to mix in with white people. Black people did it anyway and some were arrested, beaten, and even killed. But the laws were wrong and were eventually changed, largely because of people like them who stood up in the face of wrong legislation.

Yes, pot is illegal, but wrongly so, and it will never change unless people force the change.

  • @Rayven10 You just compared slavery and segregation to pot? Really....?

  • @takiniteasy88 Yes I did, because both are / were wrong and both should never have been a legal issue in the first place.

It is perfectly acceptable to make comparisons of bad laws that are or have been enforced in the past.

Slavery denied people the right to do what they want with their own bodies. Drug laws do the same to a different degree. So there is a valid comparison between the two.

Disagree if you choose, up to you.

  • Drugs are for losers who sit on there ass all day cuz there daddy was a drug addict too why the fuck would anyone want that shit legalized? oh right the drug addicts.....

  • @ndgh209 Remember this when you have a drink next time. Alcohol is legal, marijuana is illegal. Nobody really knows why.

  • @Rayven10 Ya well there wars on drugs I dont know if there is a war on beer the beer cartel? not sure but I know there are DRUG CARTELS that kill innocent people for the drugs....

  • @ndgh209 Back when Prohibition was in effect, there were plenty of people who were killed over the illegal importation and distribution of alcohol - just like the drugs of today that are illegal.

Some people today choose to relax with a beer, some with a joint. There is nothing directly wrong with either, other than legal status.

I, for one, don't roll over strictly because something is illegal. I use my brain and decide what is right for me - I don't let the government do that for me.

  • Mr. Richard Pall is an idiot! I'm sure this bunch of people have a long rap sheet? Get an education and stop reproducing....lol Nice job trying to leagalize drugs dumb asses!!! The corrections officers did' nt put him there and the police officers did' nt put him there he did! Thats why it's illegal cause of dunbasses lmao............

  • @mcjr4040 actually they didnt arrest him because of the pot they arrested him because he accidentally bumped into a cop.

  • WTF -- ok if he is an "Armed protestor" of course he isnt going inside . no shit

  • ROFL at 1:38 all I could think about was Big Lebowski :D

  • PANTIES ..lol he gave them panties...wow..i love it

  • Hah at 2:06!

  • Fucking redneck scum

  • @Streetmastaalex fucking city fucking idiot

  • Comment removed

  • how about they send all these spoiled little bitches to sierra leone, rwanda or the favelas of rio to see how people live there and stop complaining about how there freedoms are being infringed upon. thats just my opinion.

  • @dutchmma204 You're really good at comparing apples to rotten skull fucked oranges aren't you? There is a difference between "freedoms" in which we legally have and yet are constantly being infringed upon by a broken system, and countries which do not have such laws on record. Furthermore, in short, people in those countries fight for their "freedoms" and no one is bitching about that.

  • @valakin Thank you for your opinion. i never thought about that, were do you buy rotten skull fucked oranges?

  • @dutchmma204 No problem. I usually pick them up at Walmart. They are in the same isle as Fox News' statistics and fact checkers.

  • @valakin HAHAHAHAHAHA Fox News' statistics.

  • @valakin You mean in the restroom stalls full of sh1t?

  • @dutchmma204 lmao prolly at wallmart

  • Comment removed

  • Go home you whiney retards. Obviously your friend is in jail because he broke the law. Not because he's been kidnapped.

  • @kandress1985 actually it is because he was trying to leave an area after being surrounded and accidentally brushes a cop which the cop sees as assault which it isn't

  • @kandress1985

    Dumbass

  • @kandress1985 No, he didn't. NH is one of the states making pot legal for medicinal purposes, the feds are trying to enforce illegalization there. Get your facts straight before you denote the people fighting for your freedoms while you plop down on your comfort chair and watch fox news every night after your boring dead end job.

  • HE CANT KICK ME OUT! But you know where he's saying this? in the parking lot!!

  • @arckangel2087 Or at least in your case believe you are.

  • Officer, you are so nice, I would have arrested them all!

  • RIOT

  • So why the police officers are busy handling a call for a male subject carrying a gun near the jail there are criminals causing harm to the community. Good job....Like the police are not under staffed as it is....

  • did anyone file a writ of habeas corpus??? it is your duty to do so from what I understand

  • Fucking pigs. You cannot be arrested for publicly assembling on publicly owned property.

  • Swearing is legal. It is covered under our right to free speech.

  • @tomperanteau Do you really think our forefathers gave a rats behind about our right to use offensive language? Free speech is about expression of ideas and the right to criticize the government. I'm just saying think about it.

  • @tjsnaps Free speech is a simple concept that does not require your interpretation. It is not limited. Expression of ideas is very subjective. It may mean one thing to one person and something different to someone else.

Our forefathers left it open so that we could not be limited by some moron that might think their interpretation is better than yours. It is what it is, and it covers ALL speech with the exception of threats.

  • @tomperanteau “ALL speech with the exception of threats”?? and where is that exception written? For that matter the use of obscenities could be in it’s self be considered threatening. In my firearms class we were taught to include swear word in our commands to be more threatening. To make the other guy think you WILL shoot them. You make my point for me. Freedom of speech is important but we still need to live by the rules of a decent and polite society. Right come with responsibility

  • @tjsnaps LOL! You mean I really have to explain this to you? That a threat of violence is not considered free speech because it is an impingement against the next person's right to the pursuit of his own happiness/freedom?

I manage a law office, and so I am not inclined to do your research for you. Want to know? Find a law library close to you and look up Constitutional Law.

We do live by rules, and those rules are called a Bill of Rights. They protect free speech. Go research it.

  • @tomperanteau You manage a law office yet you’re not smart enough to figure out that in my first post I was not talking about law but common decency. And in the seconded I meant where were exceptions written in the 1st amendment. I would not ask you to explain anything to me.

  • @tjsnaps You conclusion is based on you knowing nothing about me, and is therefore senseless.

  • go irritate your fucking mother retard with your dumb beard

  • Where I live it's illegal for anyone but an LEO to carry a gun into any kind of detention facility and there is good reason for that. Personally I believe it is one of very few places where it actually should be illegal to bring a firearm because that is where we keep all the people who are a danger to society (not to say that there aren't people who are not a danger to society in such places). Seriously though, the bearded guy is behaving like an asshole.

  • @Snipe4261 So then by that philosophy not even the cops or guards should be carrying inside the building. However the law of the land(constitution/bill of rights) states ". . .the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED."(emphasis added) it does not say shall not be infringed, except certain government buildings, or where dangerous people are, etc. etc. but clearly states "shall not be infringed" period. end of sentence, no more no less. As for the bearded guy I concur.

  • @magicmanofsteel2000 Would you trust a convicted murderer serving a life sentence with a gun? That person has demonstrated that they have little or no respect for the lives of others and may take other peoples’ lives for petty reasons. They would certainly try to escape if given the opportunity. They may try to create opportunity, possibly with the help of friends on the outside, if they can. A gun is a very useful tool for someone trying to do something like that.

  • Bunch of fuckin nutjobs

  • Big fuckin shoulder chip

  • Ok, really?

  • Can you trespass on public property?

  • Why would you ever carry a gun into a jail? How are they to know that you don't want to stage a prison break.

  • @ItzDuckSauce You carry it in because it's your constitutional right to do so.

  • @ItzDuckSauce As for how they know anything ... Not my problem.

  • @MrMZaccone Then don't go in a jail with guns. Plain and simple

  • @ItzDuckSauce Why not?

  • @MrMZaccone For 1 there's no point in it. Secondly you're asking for trouble. Open carry is stupid anyways.

  • @ItzDuckSauce So let me get this straight. Exercising my constitutional rights is stupid, pointless and asking for trouble? Maybe when you're old enough to own a handgun, you'll understand. Semper Fi.

  • @MrMZaccone I am old enough own a gun. Yut. I ccw every day. But open carry basically makes you a target. It's better that bad guy doesn't know you have a gun. There's videos on youtube of people open carrying getting their guns taken from them.

  • @ItzDuckSauce My mistake, in my state you must be 21 to own or carry a handgun concealed. As for open carry making you a target, if this is the case why aren't more police made targets? The answer is because it's not the case, especially when open carry is in numbers. Who do you shoot first when there are multiple "targets"? The video you're referring to ... Link? Of course not.
